All fees are quoted in Australian dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Welcome Reception – Wednesday 11 March 2020
Take this opportunity to meet your peers from the industry, in a social environment, at the 2020 Congress Welcome Reception. This ticket is included in your registration fee. You can purchase additional guest tickets through the online registration form.
Congress Dinner – Friday 13 March 2020
Held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. This ticket is included in your registration fee. You can purchase additional guest tickets through the online registration form.
Developing Nations
Please click here to view the eligible Developing Nations countries. Sponsorship may be available for therapists from developing nations to attend the Congress. Please click here for additional information and the application form. Please note applications for sponsorship close 11 August 2019.
Partner Registration
Partner registration includes a ticket to attend the Welcome Reception, Congress Dinner and access to the Congress Exhibition Area.
You also have the option to take part in an inclusive private tour of selected exhibitions in the National Gallery of Victoria on Thursday 12 March. This tour is limited to the first 25 partner delegates to indicate attendance.
Support a Delegate
Please consider a donation to the ‘Support a Delegate’ program to help fund delegates from developing nations to participate in the Congress. 100% of all donations will be used for delegate registration scholarships.
You will be able to add these donations to your registration within the online registration form.
Electronic registration
Only electronic registration is accepted. To register online, go to the registration site and follow the instructions there. An acknowledgement of your registration will be sent upon its receipt and payment.
Payment deadlines
Registrations received by 11 November 2019 must be paid in full by 11 November 2019 in order to receive the early bird registration rate.
Cancellation & refund policy
Deadline: 11 January 2020
Cancellations (partial or full) must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 11 January 2020 will receive a full refund minus a $150 administration fee. Cancellations received after 11 January 2020 will not be refunded. Substitute delegates will be accepted.
